Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026 · Version 1.0
EMA Digital, a business name of Amanda Collection LLC ("we", "us"), creates branding, AI product photos, websites, AI videos and AI avatars for small businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Contact: bonjou@emadigitalstudio.com.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you book a call or contact us: business name, your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, business sector, approximate budget, the services you are interested in and any message you write. When you become a client: the materials you share with us (logos, product photos, text, scripts, audio, videos) and billing details needed to take payment.
- Likeness data. For an AI Avatar or Digital Twin based on a real person: photos, video and voice recordings of that person. This is handled under the AI Likeness Consent Agreement (see /consent) and is used only for your project.
- Technical data. When you visit our website, our hosting platform and security tools may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed. Our website stores your language choice (English or Haitian Creole) in your browser.
- Team accounts. If you are a member of our team, we store your account details to let you sign in to our admin area.
2. How we use information
To answer your questions and arrange calls; to plan, create, revise and deliver your project; to take payment and keep business records; to keep the website secure and working; to follow the law; and to improve our services. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your files, photos, voice or likeness to train our own or public AI models, and we do not use them for any other client.
3. Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to run our services, with providers such as: our website hosting and development platform; our database and storage provider; a scheduling tool for booking calls; messaging apps you choose to use with us (for example WhatsApp); cloud folders used for delivery (for example Google Drive or Dropbox); payment providers (for example card processors, Zelle, CashApp and banks); and the AI creation tools we use to make your work (for example image, video and voice tools). These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people or our rights, or in a sale or reorganization of our business.
4. Payments
We do not collect or store payment card numbers on our website. Payments are made through the payment method you choose, handled by that provider.
5. How long we keep information
Booking and contact details: up to 24 months after our last contact with you. Project files and likeness source material: up to 12 months after your last project, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or keep them longer in writing. We keep signed consent forms and a minimal record of consent and withdrawal requests as proof. After these periods, we delete or anonymize the information.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, to stop using your likeness (see the AI Likeness Consent Agreement), or to stop contacting you, by emailing bonjou@emadigitalstudio.com. We aim to reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws; we will honor reasonable requests that the law gives you.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, including access limits and private storage for client files. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
8. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18, and we do not create AI Digital Twins of minors.
9. International use
We may process information in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use advertising cookies. We use browser storage to remember your language choice. Our scheduling and hosting providers may use technical cookies or storage needed to make their features work.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will change the date on this page. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
